Nice song
Nice song. GLS continues to create music which blends life experiances with nature themes. The overall feel of this song is very much in the same vein of their other work, although a little more upbeat. Overall, a very good song which finds GLS doing what they're great at.

fantastic track
I heard this track on Stereogum a few weeks back and feel in love. And the more I listen, the more I love it. This band has such a great raw sound. If Pulling On A Line is any sign of what the new record will be like, I'm very excited it.

Featuring a homespun blend of acoustic instruments, rural soundscapes, and wistful vocals, Great Lake Swimmers are led by songwriter/vocalist Tony Dekker. The Toronto-based group's haunting, self-titled debut was recorded in a silo in Ontario and originally released in Canada by Weewerk Records in 2003.
